Rules for Measurement Fat

  • 48 hours of no alcohol consumption.
  • 5 days before the first day of menstruation.
  • 3-4 days after the last day of menstruation.
  • Always the same time of the day.
  • 12 hours without exercising.
  • Low intense exercising.
  • 4 hours without food, coffee or any other drinks.
  • Avoid smoking 2-4 hours before.
  • Avoid chewing gum 2-4 hours before.
  • No consumption of sweet or salted food or drink for 1 day before.
  • Avoid bath/shower 2 hours before.
  • Urination 30 minutes before.

Avoid Measurement Fat

  • During any illness period.
  • During women’s menstruation period.
  • After intense training.
  • After long or short term on medication.
  • During women’s menopause.
  • Persons with BMI>30Kg/m2
  • For persons over 69 years old.

*this measurement probably has a -3 to +3 difference due to internal and external stimulants. In such cases it is decided to evaluate the person with photos and measurements perimeter by the Dietitian.
