Holistic Sport Clinic Usage Policy

  1. The new operating hours are 06:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 21:00. Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00.
  2. For environmental reasons, the Center avoids paper waste through printing. Therefore, a system has been developed within your application so that you receive everything in PDF format, such as nutrition plans, body fat measurements, payments, and anything you previously received in printed form. This means that everyone must activate their application and check in upon entering the Center.
  3. Those with outstanding balances are kindly requested to complete payment and settle their package, so that it can be reactivated.
  4. The parking area operates normally. You can access it through the application.
  5. Your nutrition appointments will be carried out as follows: you will have 2 evaluations / body composition measurements per month. One evaluation will be reviewed by phone; if needed, the other will be in person at the Center.
  6. Our prices and the Center’s price list are as follows:
    • Initial consultation: €25
    • 1 month: €125
    • 2 months: €210
    • 3 months: €295
    • 6 months: €530
    • 1 year: €900
AZ Holistic Sport Clinic

After nearly two decades of service to the community, Holistic Sport Clinic has established an innovative member-support system, following a Holistic personal approach and delivering guaranteed results through specific strategic steps for success. It employs a large number of professionals in the field, and all specialists collaborate to achieve the member’s goal.

The strategic steps are as follows:

  • Personal interview with the Leader of the Holistic Sport Clinic, who will provide information about the services and the client transformation system. The transformation timeline will be defined according to the client’s needs, after evaluations and body measurements. The medical record will be reviewed and all Center rules will be explained. The member will also be informed about package payments and that, by paying a single subscription, all services are provided regardless of whether they are needed immediately or not.
  • The member will receive their file and proceed with an appointment with the Center’s Medical Doctor – Herbalist for cellular analyses, diagnostic tests, and herbal therapy. The member will receive indicative evaluations to share with the Clinical Dietitian.
  • The member will meet with the Center’s Energy Therapist, in a consultative and therapeutic way, to build a success connection, release negative emotions, and reduce stress, aiming to implement the concept successfully.
  • The member schedules an appointment with the Clinical Sports Dietitian, who will have all the necessary information to work with them. The Dietitian will ensure a meeting with the member every 2 weeks for reassessment and goal setting. The Dietitian maintains strong daily communication with the trainer and other specialists to deliver holistic success.
  • If the member faces neuromusculoskeletal issues, they will meet with the Center’s Physiotherapist for evaluation and the creation of a rehabilitation and exercise plan.
  • The member is then introduced to the Center’s Holistic Trainer, who will be personally responsible for their transformation. Together, they will define the schedule and collaboration hours. The member may attend almost daily with flexible hours, maintaining personal contact. This makes the Clinic self-sufficient with great success of the concept.
  • The member is informed by management about additional services such as the Application, private parking, Pilates, and group programs that are included in their subscription at no extra charge.
Payment Rules
  • Transfer of the package to another person is not permitted.
  • No refunds are issued for any reason.
  • All packages are prepaid.
  • Package freezing/suspension is not allowed.
  • Exception:
    1. Health issue with supporting documentation (max. 1 month).
    2. In case of travel, it must be stated from the beginning when signing the contract.
Rules for Better Customer Service
  • Always place a towel on the equipment.
  • Always carry your water bottle so you can refill it with water.
  • Always check in so the training session carried out by the trainer can be recorded.
  • Bring a personal padlock for your own safety when using the lockers.
  • Keep your reassessment appointments with your dietitian.
  • Do not park in disabled parking spaces.
  • Do not chew gum or talk on the phone during training.
  • Hygiene rules (cleanliness) must be followed.
